1. Online Counselling Registration
- Visit the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in
- Click on the counselling registration link and enter login credentials.
- Fill in personal details and upload required documents.

2. Choice Filling & Locking
- Select preferred institutes and courses based on your rank and preference.
- Lock your choices before the deadline to confirm selections.

3. Seat Allotment
- WBJEEB releases the seat allotment result based on rank, category, and availability.
- Check your allotment status online.

4. Seat Acceptance & Payment
- If allotted a seat, pay the seat acceptance fee online.
- Download the seat allotment letter for further processing.

5. Reporting to the Allotted Institute
- Visit the allotted institute for document verification within the given timeframe.
- Pay the admission fees to confirm your seat.
